1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "DaysDone" mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. DaysDone is developed and operated by Dead Apps Studio.

2. Description of Service

DaysDone is a productivity and lifestyle application designed to provide glanceable home screen widgets for habit tracking, year progression, and countdowns. The App is designed with an "offline-first" philosophy, meaning all your habit and countdown data is stored locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

DaysDone offers premium features ("DaysDone Pro") through in-app purchases. Our payment processing is handled securely by RevenueCat and the respective app store platforms (Google Play Store).

• Pricing: Pricing for lifetime access or subscriptions is displayed within the App and may vary by region.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled strictly according to the policies of the Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Privacy and Data Storage

We respect your privacy. DaysDone does not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal habit data, countdowns, or calendar events on our servers. All such data, including events imported from your device's calendar, remains securely on your local device. We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic diagnostics to improve app stability.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, user interface, source code, and branding ("DaysDone"), are owned by Dead Apps Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dead Apps Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dead Apps Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an update to the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
